We offer free same-day shipping within Singapore for all orders placed before 6 PM. Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days, even for bulky pet furniture or home organizers.

2. No Minimum Spend

We have no MOQ (minimum order quantity) — perfect for both new pet parents and seasoned shoppers.

3. Easy Exchanges & Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days, including most pet clothing, beds, and toys.
Returns must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns for opened pet pee pad, pet food, feeders, grooming items, or custom-made orders.

5. Refunds

Once returned items are approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
